Rams ’08 Bail-out Plan Appears Ready

As always, during this time of the year, we are open to accepting applications for new writers. If you feel the need and desire to write about your St. Louis Rams, please feel free to let us know. You can do this by sending us a sample of your writing, what you would like to write for, the website, the newsletter, or both. You can send that info to the email address: planetrams@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What would really be nice is if we could get someone who lives in the St. Louis area that could report for us first hand from St. Louis. Give us the feel and flair for the area. Give us reports on the games if you go to them or give us reports on what fan in the area really think. If you're that person, please contact us!

Thanks!

GO RAMS!

Chris Long Ready For the Big Time

It's obvious that Chris Long wants to be his "own man", doesn't want to hide in the shadow of his Hall of Fame father, won't even wear his number, not because he is disrespecting him, but because it's not for him. He even changed his mind about wearing #98, and perhaps with good reason, why set yourself to be compared to a once Ram favorite Grant Wistrom?

So #72 will take the field to mold his own way, his way, hoping that his name will become synonomous with his number.

Some experts even have him already pegged as Defensive Rookie of the Year. That's a lofty prediction for someone who has yet stepped out onto the field. It would definitely put #72 on the map.

It won't be long before we find out what this kid has to offer. Let's hope it's everything the scouts have promised us.
